Long jobs, two days' notice

Cleaning jobs take hours, so the preset books a standard house clean as 3 hours, a move-in or move-out clean as 4 and a deep clean as 5. Each job keeps 30 minutes after it to pack up and travel to the next address.

Bookings need 2 days' notice, the longest of any preset, which leaves time to plan routes and supplies. Customers can book up to 90 days ahead and cancel or move online until 24 hours before.

Customers can choose a cleaner they know or anyone available, and each cleaner keeps their own hours. The booking form asks for a name, an email and an optional phone number but no address, so get the address from the customer before the visit.

    Only free times appear, at least 2 days ahead and up to 90 days out.

  4. 4 · Book as a guest

    A name and email address, plus a phone number if they like. Nobody needs an account.

The confirmation email has add-to-calendar links for Google, Outlook and Yahoo, and a private link to reschedule or cancel until 24 hours before. A reminder follows 2 days before the appointment, while they can still change it online. If the day they want is full, they can join that day's waitlist.
