Each set gets the time it takes

A plain manicure and a full acrylic set take very different amounts of time, so the preset books them differently: 45 minutes for a manicure, an hour for gel, an hour and a half for acrylic. Each service keeps 10 minutes after it for cleaning the station, and an acrylic set keeps 15.

Clients choose a technician or anyone available, and each technician sets their own weekly hours and time off.

Booking closes 90 minutes before a slot, so someone walking past at lunch can still book for later that day. Cancellations and changes close 12 hours before.

How clients book

    They see your menu with each service's length and price.

  2. 2 · Choose a nail technician

    A nail technician by name, or anyone available.

  3. 3 · Pick a time

    Only free times appear, at least 90 minutes ahead and up to 60 days out.

  4. 4 · Book as a guest

    A name and email address, plus a phone number if they like. Nobody needs an account.

The confirmation email has add-to-calendar links for Google, Outlook and Yahoo, and a private link to reschedule or cancel until 12 hours before. A reminder follows 24 hours before the appointment, while they can still change it online. If the day they want is full, they can join that day's waitlist.
