A day's notice, prices left off

The dental preset has no prices on it. What a visit costs depends on the treatment and the patient's insurance, so patients see each visit with its length only. Add a price to any service if you want one shown.

Bookings need 24 hours' notice, so by closing time the next day's online bookings are all in, and patients can cancel or move online until 24 hours before. They can book up to 120 days ahead, the furthest of any preset. Each visit keeps 10 minutes after it to turn the room around.

How patients book

    A dentist or hygienist by name, or anyone available.

    Only free times appear, at least 24 hours ahead and up to 120 days out.

  4. 4 · Book as a guest

    A name and email address, plus a phone number if they like. Nobody needs an account.

The confirmation email has add-to-calendar links for Google, Outlook and Yahoo, and a private link to reschedule or cancel until 24 hours before. A reminder follows 2 days before the appointment, while they can still change it online. If the day they want is full, they can join that day's waitlist.
