Clients book a cut, a blowout or a color retouch from your page, with the stylist they like or whoever is free first. The salon preset fills in the menu and the rules.

Cuts and color on one book

A salon book mixes very different lengths. The preset books a men's cut for 45 minutes and a color retouch for 2 hours, then keeps a short gap after each one: 5 minutes after a men's cut, 10 after a women's cut or a blowout, 15 after color. That gap is for sweeping up and mixing the next color, and clients never see it as a free slot.

Clients can ask for a stylist by name or take the first one free. Each stylist logs in to set their own working hours and block time off, so a client who asks for one stylist only sees that stylist's free times.

The preset opens Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Add Saturday or late evenings if you work them. Online booking closes 2 hours before a slot, and clients can cancel or move online until 24 hours before. When a booking on a full day is canceled or moved, everyone on that day's waitlist gets an email.

How clients book

    They see your menu with each service's length and price.

  2. 2 · Choose a stylist

    A stylist by name, or anyone available.

  3. 3 · Pick a time

    Only free times appear, at least 2 hours ahead and up to 90 days out.

  4. 4 · Book as a guest

    A name and email address, plus a phone number if they like. Nobody needs an account.

The confirmation email has add-to-calendar links for Google, Outlook and Yahoo, and a private link to reschedule or cancel until 24 hours before. A reminder follows 2 days before the appointment, while they can still change it online. If the day they want is full, they can join that day's waitlist.
