Time to reset the room
You can't answer the phone during a session. With a booking page, clients book, move and cancel on their own, and you see the changes on your calendar between sessions.
The preset has two sessions, a 60-minute Swedish massage and a 90-minute deep tissue massage, each with 15 minutes after it to change the linens and get the room ready. Add shorter or longer sessions if you offer them.
Bookings need 4 hours' notice, and clients can cancel or move online until 24 hours before. Block breaks in your calendar between long sessions; clients only see the times you leave open.
How clients book
-
1 · Pick a service
They see your menu with each service's length and price.
-
2 · Choose a therapist
A therapist by name, or anyone available.
-
3 · Pick a time
Only free times appear, at least 4 hours ahead and up to 60 days out.
-
4 · Book as a guest
A name and email address, plus a phone number if they like. Nobody needs an account.
The confirmation email has add-to-calendar links for Google, Outlook and Yahoo, and a private link to reschedule or cancel until 24 hours before. A reminder follows 2 days before the appointment, while they can still change it online. If the day they want is full, they can join that day's waitlist.
